This is not an enrolment form. Interested applicants must first attend an audition in person or submit a digital audition. Completing the application form does not mean the applicant is obliged to enrol. The applicant must first participate in an audition process and upon completion, the applicant will be notified of the audition result.

Applicants must submit a photo ID (driver’s license, learners, passport or keypass)
A $ 30 audition fee applies for auditions in person and by video submission. This is payable once an audition schedule has been arranged with you.
